After many years of trying to perfect a sweet taro puff, this is it.
Eventhough its called a sweet taro puff, it is just nice and not overly sweet.
The filling is fragrant , made with freshly steamed and mashed taro, a very small amout of purple yam and purple sweet potato just for the colour and a tiny amount of coconut milk is added for extra fragrance.
