This savoury yam cake is also known as Orh Kueh/ Wu Tao Goh/Taro Kuih.
Our version is a very flavourful one packed with lots of garlic, dried shrimps, chinese sausages, shitake mushrooms, shallots, shallot oil, spring onions and of course taro/yam.
Ours is so packed with ingredients that your palate will be partying in your mouth.
Garnished with spring onions, fried shallots, crispy dried shrimps, chillies.
