If you're a durian lover, you will absolutely loveeeee this choux au craquelin.
Filled will generous amount of musang king durian (dubbed king of durian) whipped with pure cream.
Durian fibres are evident as well and it goes so well in a soft hollow choux but a lovely crunch from the craquelin. Give this one a go! 
P/S: Made with gelatine derived from beef (can be omited but shelf life shorter).
